Buffalo Chicken Dip

1st layer:
1 8oz. block of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Ranch or blue cheese dressing
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Garlic Salt and onion powder to taste
 
Cream together and spread into a 8 x 8 dish.
 
2nd layer:
2 large chicken breasts, boiled and chopped fine (or microwave in a Ziploc Zip and Steam bag for about 11 minutes)
1 12 oz. bottle Frank's Red Hot Sauce
1-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
 
Mix chicken together with 1/2- 3/4 bottle of hot sauce. Toss and spread on top of cream cheese layer. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Serve with Frito Scoops. Yum!
